KING GEORGE II - [Indemnity Act 1733]. An Act to indemnify Persons who have omitted to qualify themselves for Imployments or Offices, by taking the Oaths, and making and subscribing the Declaration against Transubstantiation, and receiving the Sacrament, and to allow them further Time for that purpose; and to enable the Vice-chancellor of the University and Mayor of the Town of Cambridge, to act as Justices of the Peace for the County of Cambridge, notwithstanding the Act for the further Qualification of Justices of the Peace.

Description: Printed by John Baskett, E. and R. Nutt, and R. Gosling. Printers to the King, London 1734. London, 1734. First Edition, No Binding. Very Good Condition. Disbound. Very Good. 3 pages. Folio format (245mm x 390mm, 9.5 x 15 inches), separated from the Statutes at Large. Disbound from the larger volume, with no title page (as issued), and the caption title doesn't usually start at the head of the page, but some way down it. This is quite normal for Statutes. Chiefly printed in black letter. Overall condition is very good, with bright clean pages, and decent margins. Quantity Available: 1.
