Folio, drop head title, fine woodcut of the Commonwealth Arms, initial woodcut letter, 3 pages of text, printed in black letter throughout. Disbound. A very scarce Cromwellian era Act from the Interregnum. Subsequently on the restoration of Charles II all Acts and Ordinances were considered void due to their lack of Royal Assent, and are not reprinted in the larger volumes of Acts and Statutues.
