Some surface staining evident to on back panel. Front and rear hinges starting. Internally. pages are very clean. with some dust-toning and light tanning evident in margins as with age. There is some marginal water staining evident in the last few pages of the index - text unaffected. Considering the age of this title. it remains particularly well-preserved overall.
